We know that traditional classroom settings don't always accommodate every brain. This program is intentionally crafted to be a neurodivergent-affirming environment; designed specifically for neurodivergent individuals and led by a neurodivergent instructor.
- Your Pace, Your Style: There is no "right" way to make a zine. Work completely at your own comfort level, focusing on the mediums (drawing, design, writing, typing, or clipping) that you enjoy most.
- Sensory-Friendly & Flexible: Need to move around? Prefer to use headphones while creating? You are fully encouraged to self-regulate and set up your workspace to suit your sensory needs.
- Unapologetic Expression: This is a judgment-free zone. Your hyperfixations, deep feelings, unique perspectives, and life stories are not just welcome here—they are the superpowers that will make your zine incredible.
