artsPlace offers flexible rental spaces for meetings, workshops, rehearsals, performances, screenings, presentations, community gatherings, private events and more.

Depending on availability, this may include our 105-seat black box theatre, gallery, meeting room, and art studios.

We have a range of equipment to support your rental, including projectors and whiteboards for meetings, as well as tables and tablecloths for events.

Our fully-equipped black box theatre includes built-in technology for film screenings, live music, theatre, presentations, and performances.

If your event requires additional technical support, we can connect you with a qualified technician.

Because every rental is unique, we provide quotes based on your rental needs and our unique spaces and equipment. We give priority to community-based events that align with our mission to support arts and creativity in the lives of Bow Valley residents, and are happy to offer discounts for non-profit groups.

Please note that rental dates are limited and subject to availability. Renters are responsible for their own event marketing and promotion.
