Practice different drawing challenges every week. Whether you’re a beginner or already experienced, this class will help you hone your skills. No experience necessary.

Instructor: Conrad Habing

*Participants must provide their own materials.

  • Compressed charcoal sticks or conte crayon
  • 1 kneaded eraser
  • 1 white plastic eraser
  • Newsprint or cartridge paper pads 16 x 20" or larger

Conrad Habing

Conrad has lived in the Bow Valley since 1977 after moving here to pursue a season of skiing adventure. A self-taught artist, Conrad has experimented in various mediums including drawing and oil painting. He has worked as a graphic designer for most of his life. Early influences included the Group of Seven, notably Lawren Harris and Post-impressionism in general.
