As a leader and sidemen, Marius has performed at world class stages such at Dizzy’s Club at Jazz at Lincoln Center, the North Sea Jazz Festival, Birdland Jazz Club, GroudUp Festival, Smalls Jazz Club, Sony Music Hall, The Cretan World Music festival, Mezzrow, Jazz Forum and the Bimhuis.
His studio album ‘New York Knock’ was released on January 14th ’24 accompanied by a sold out album release concert at Dizzy’s Club. The album has been featured in the JazzWeek top 50 chart for 11 weeks in a row. Amongst Ruth Fisher from Jazz FM UK, who called New York Knock one of her favorite’s of the year, the album has been highly praised by numerous jazz critics and musicians.
