More about the sessions

Class A: Thursday Evenings with Ciara Linteau

Join ceramic artist Ciara Linteau for a gentle introduction to the potter’s wheel. In this five-session series, we’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel-throwing through two classic forms: the everyday mug and the open bowl. Together, we’ll explore how to centre clay, throw basic forms, trim and pull, and attach a handle. Whether you’re curious about clay for the first time or returning with some experience, this course offers expert guided practice, shared studio time, and space to discover what these materials can (and can’t) do.

Class B: Tuesday Mornings with Annabelle Hulewicz

Join ceramic artist Annabelle Hulewicz for a guided exploration of the potters wheel. Whether you’ve thrown on a pottery wheel before or you’ve never touched clay, this five-session beginner course will guide you through the fundamentals of throwing and finishing mugs and bowls. You will receive step-by-step instruction on each stage of your pot's journey in order to create your very own collection of functional pottery.
