
Ann Fu is an artist and former architect based in Canmore; born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Often inspired by wildlife, whimsy, and her cultural heritage, Ann's art spans murals, printmaking, calligraphy, and digital illustrations.
She has collaborated with the Vancouver Mural Festival, Squamish Mural Walk, the City of Richmond, and City Farmer Society on public art projects.
Regardless of medium or topic, Ann uses warmth and texture to highlight the playful nature of creating by hand. Currently, she is exploring endemic species and ancient scripts through mixed media research.
