This expressive art workshop is for children ages 7 to 13 to explore their emotions through free-flow painting in a supportive environment. Guided activities will introduce mindfulness and self-soothing techniques, helping participants tune into how they think and feel while transforming those feelings into art. No art experience required, caregivers welcome to join and observe.
Exploring Your Feelings Through Art
This playful and creative program designed to help little ones aged 4 – 6 explore their big feelings through art! Together with a parent or guardian, children will experiment with a variety of art materials while learning to identify and express emotions in healthy ways. Through guided activities, storytelling, and hands-on projects, we’ll build emotional awareness and create space for connection, creativity, and self-expression.
Couples Create and Connect
This program offers couples with children aged 0–6 the opportunity to bond child-free in a creative setting. Throughout the session, couples work both independently and together on guided art activities while responding to gentle prompts designed to spark conversation, encourage teamwork, and build resilience. The experience is intended to support communication, deepen connection, and help partners feel more closely aligned, all while enjoying the calming, playful process of creating art side by side.
Artful Conversations: Clay Series
Designed to empower the parent and youth (aged 7-13) relationship helping them to express emotions, explore identity and build resilience. Through guided discussions and hand-on creativity, participants develop emotional awareness and communication skills in a supportive and empowering environment. Led by a skilled ceramics instructor, various clay projects are created while parent and youth engage in dialogue through art expression.
