Hi! I am Sage. I have a huge passion for art, social-media, teaching, nature, and being involved in the community. When I was fifteen, I won the Banff Shine award for my seven years of volunteering with seniors and children. After that, I went deep into childcare work and, later, got very involved in social media.
We won a spot at the Banff World Media Festivial Spark Accelorator program for our work on the ShowBanffShow. Since then I’ve been hired out for commission pieces and have created “ALLtheRageSAGE” videos where I challenge my art ability through trying to make as many things as possible.
I get so inspired by all the creativity that bursts out of artsPlace and spreads across our amazing community. So I had to get involved and started at artsPlace, as a Instructor, in 2023. Now, not only do I teach classes and sell my art, but I had a blast working at artPlace’s kids camp this summer and am now the Communications Coordinator at artsPlace.
When I am not working here, I am probably enjoying the outdoors, spending time with people I love, or working on ALLtheRageSAGE projects.
If you see me around, please come say hi! I would love to see you.
